What is Privy Kiddie?

Privy Kiddie, including our Privy Lemony collection, is part of Privy The Brand. We offer freshly squeezed lemonade, mini pancake bars, fun fair-inspired treats, branded merchandise, kids’ activities, and interactive event experiences for families, schools, businesses, and community events.

Where are you located?

We are based in Gwinnett County, Georgia, and proudly serve the surrounding metro Atlanta area.

Event Bookings

Do you travel for events?

Yes! Travel within 10 miles of our home base is included. Events outside our included service area may incur a travel fee based on distance.

How do I book an event?

Simply complete the booking inquiry form attached on our website. We’ll contact you to discuss your event details, confirm availability, and prepare your custom quote.

Is a deposit required?

Yes. A 25% non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your event date.

When is my final payment due?

The remaining balance is due 7 days before your scheduled event.

Events booked within 7 days require payment in full at the time of booking.

Can I customize my package?

Absolutely! We offer add-ons and upgrades so you can create the perfect experience for your guests.

Lemonade Bar

Is your lemonade freshly squeezed?

Yes! Our Lemonade Blasters are made with freshly squeezed lemons and quality ingredients for a refreshing, flavorful experience.

Blasters placed online for pickup or delivery are Made to Order. Bottled blasters will have a Best By Date. 

We also have lemon blasters using a premade lemonade base.

How many lemonade flavors can I choose?

The number of included flavors depends on the package you select. Additional flavors may be added for an additional fee.

Do you offer toppings?

Yes! Depending on your package, guests can enjoy optional toppings such as:

  • Popping Boba
  • Fresh Fruit
  • Candy Toppings
  • Flavor Enhancements

Mini Pancake Bar

Are the pancakes made fresh?

Yes! Our mini pancakes are prepared fresh during your event for the best taste and experience.

Orders placed online for pickup or delivery are Made to Order. Pancake stacks will have a timed window for receiving.

Can guests build their own pancakes?

Yes! Our Mini Pancake Bar is designed to let guests customize their own delicious creations.

Orders & Pickup

Do you offer local pickup?

Yes! Many of our fresh food items are available for local pickup.

Pickup instructions will be provided after your order is confirmed.

Do you offer local delivery?

Yes, local delivery is available within our designated service area for eligible orders.

Do you ship food items?

No. Fresh food and beverages are available through in-person sales, local pickup or local delivery only.

Merchandise

Do you ship merchandise?

Yes! We ship eligible merchandise throughout the United States.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping typically arrives within 3–5 business days, while Priority Shipping usually arrives within 1–3 business days after processing.

Processing times rages from 1-5 business days.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return food items?

Due to health and safety regulations, all fresh food and beverage sales are final.

Can I return merchandise?

Yes. Eligible merchandise may be returned within 14 days if it is unused and in its original condition. Please see our Return & Refund Policy for complete details.

Are digital products refundable?

No. Due to the nature of digital downloads, all digital product sales are final.

Weather & Outdoor Events

What happens if it rains?

We understand that weather can be unpredictable. If our event is affected by severe weather, we’ll work with you to discuss available rescheduling options, if available by the vendor and based on our availability.

Food & Allergens

Do your products contain common allergens?

Some menu items may contain or come into contact with common allergens such as:

  • Wheat
  • Milk
  • Eggs
  • Soy
  • Peanuts
  • Tree Nuts

If you or your guests have food allergies, please let us know before your event so we can discuss available options.
